Every session that tried a password, described in plain language and, where a recording exists, replayable exactly as the bot saw it. The descriptions are pattern matching, not a summary written after the fact: each sentence appears because something specific matched, and anything unrecognised is counted rather than quietly dropped.

Bots repeat themselves, so sessions a reader could not tell apart share one card and say how many times they happened. Past ten sessions an address stops being a series of visits and becomes the story itself, so everything it has done collapses into a single card with its credentials and commands ranked by how often it used them.
